Company Overview
Sports Rehab & Physical Therapy exists to grow and learn from each other's knowledge and experience, resulting in improved performance. We believe that our services are optimized when we work together as a team; that each team member will use their strengths to provide innovative and customer friendly services dedicated to rehabilitation, injury prevention, and wellness for our community.
We specialize in orthopedic rehabilitation and offer a sizeable 5,500 square feet for our patients to work on agility, strengthening, proprioception, and range of motion. We also offer aquatic therapy for our patients who are not ready for higher impact exercises yet.
Company History
In 2003, Mark Blackburn, PT, DPT became an owner of Stephenville Sports Rehab & Physical Therapy, Inc. (Sports Rehab & Physical Therapy) as well as Weatherford Physical Therapy, Inc. In 2007 and 2008, he became sole owner of the practices, respectively. In 2011, Active Physical Therapy was opened in Aledo, Texas. In 2016, Brandi Wood, PT, DPT and Derek Haney, PT, DPT were welcomed as partners of Sports Rehab & Physical Therapy.
