Sports, Back & Pain Management Clinic is a PT owned and operated private practice. We specialize in pain management with strengths in Manual Therapy and Trigger Point Dry Needling. The owner, Leon Bradway, is a DPT with over 25 years of experience. The Cinic is located in Bryan Texas, minutes away from Downtown Bryan, Texas A&M University, Messina Hoff Winery, Blinn College and many other places of interest. The Bryan/College Station area is a great, low cost of living location. With the benefits of a small town and a larger city (due to all that the University has to offer residents). This is a great place to live and work.
Company History
Leon Bradway retired from the U.S. Navy after 23 years of service. Being an Aggie, he wanted to retire in the College Station/Bryan area. His wife Lisa, is from the area, her Father was a Sociology professor for 30 years and her mother worked for the TAMU Development Foundation. They had the opportunity to buy Paul Bonarriogo's Physical Therapy practice as he wanted to concentrate on the Wine Business (he owns Messina Hoff Winery with his Wife Merrill). So in 2009 the Sports, Back & Pain Management Clinic was born, fulfilling a lifelong dream for Leon. The Clinic has received the Reader's Choice Award 4 years now and has a loyal following.
The clinic is also a incubator of sorts for students who intend to go to physical therapy school, nursing, or osteopathic medicine. Leon is a great teacher and loves having students in his clinic.
The Clinic specializes in pain management (TMJ/Headache, Low Back, Hip, Shoulder) due to Leon's advanced credentials in Manual Therapy, Manipulation and Trigger Point Dry Needling. Leon brought Trigger Point Dry Needling to the Brazos Valley...he has been using the technique with great success for the last 10 years. In addition, he performs NCV/EMG studies. The clinic also specializes in Women's Health. This area of the practice has been growing steadily.
Our motto is "Bodies in Motion = Lifelong Health" so wellness is at the root of all we do. Leon believes that people can do more to ensure their good health and wellbeing than they realize and that using Natural methods, should be the first step in recovery and injury prevention.
