Founded in 2012 by Dr. Roy Rivera, Jr., PT, PhD, DPT, MCHES, the practice is nationally recognized for its patient-centered approach, with a particular focus on serving the LGBTQ+ community. Headquartered in Houston, Elation Physical Therapy operates multiple physical locations and offers telehealth services across Texas, ensuring accessibility for all patients.
Elation Physical Therapy is also a leader in gender-affirming care and has developed the ELATION® Protocol for post-operative rehabilitation, particularly for patients undergoing gender-affirming surgeries like FTM chest masculinization.
