Company Overview
Colleyville Physical Therapy is a privately owned physical therapy clinic established in 2000 that specializes in orthopedics, spine, and sports rehabilitation. We also have a variety of specialty programs including vestibular, hand therapy, lymphedema, TMJ, headaches, and post-concussion programs. We take great pride about our reputation in the community for providing excellent clinical care along with exceptional customer service to each individual who comes into our clinic. We strive to provide the most efficient and evidence based therapy possible without sacrificing the individualized care that has helped our clinic stand out over our almost 20 years of business.
Company History
In 2011, Southlake Sports and Spine Rehab was added to make our company a multi-clinic provider in Northeast Tarrant County. We strive to provide the same level of clinical excellence and exceptional customer service at both of our locations.
