Job Overview:
We are seeking a compassionate and caring Physical Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in rehabilitation, be patient-focused, and demonstrate a commitment to improving the well-being of those we serve. This position offers a flexible part-time/PRN to full-time schedule and provides the opportunity to help shape the future of our clinic.
Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for patients with musculoskeletal, neurological, or other physical conditions.
- Provide hands-on therapy and utilize evidence-based techniques to improve patient mobility, strength, and function.
- Educate patients on injury prevention, self-care strategies, and long-term wellness.
- Collaborate with other healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive, coordinated care for patients.
- Document patient progress, treatment plans, and any changes to care.
- Help establish and promote a welcoming, supportive clinic environment focused on patient-centered care.
Qualifications:
- Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) in Florida with current certification.
- New Grads encouraged to apply
- Passionate about patient care, with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.
- Experience in or interest in working with start-up environments is a plus.
- Ability to transition between part-time to full-time hours as needed.

Requirements
DPT degree and licensed in the state of Florida
